“Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. “I arrived late 20.30h. There was coloured LED light blown up on the castle in blue, red and green. It looked weird and out of place. I woke the friendly owner from a nap on the couch. The room was dated but ok clean. What really got me was the bottled water in the room. It had been opened and perhaps refilled (?), there was a substance on the edge of it. I did not drink it. ”
