“This place was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. We could live there full time. So clean. Had everything we needed. Jack was super awesome on responding to us. I can’t think of a bad thing about it or anything I would change. Super convenient to main road and a great little restaurant right around the corner that served an awesome breakfast. We give it a 100!!”
“I wish we could have stayed longer at this location but were just passing through for one night. This was a great stop if you like horses. They even had 3 brand new colts for us to adore. Steve and Nancy were excellent hosts and the location was awesome. The listing was spot on. What you see is exactly what you get. VERY clean and welcoming. Would come here again!”
“It was a quaint little place. There was cobwebs and spiders behind the curtains, and the second step coming into the front door was very loose so we had to watch that one of my relatives commented that it wasn’t very secure. There was no utensils like a sharp knife or that would’ve been great or maybe couple of silverware pieces.”

No coffee pot , took forever to get hot water, bathroom sink did not drain well, could not find anyone to get different towels, could smell the cigarette smoke as the front door did not seal completely could see light through it, did sleep do to next door tv blaring all night.”
“It looks like an old, run down Super 8 on the outside. It is. It was a lukewarm reception and welcome, handed a very used up key card holder and pointed down the hall. The room was small, ugly, the air conditioning unit had ti have been the original. It took several minutes to stop running after i turned it off. The coffee maker only worked if you held the button down to brew. The bed was lousy, you could hear everything going on. The “free breakfast” was disappointing and the waffle maker and……
