“Because we were not allowed an early check in we arrived after touring Carlsbad Caverns and the bat flight program. We checked in a little after 9 PM. When we were preparing for bed we found that the bathroom lavatory was clogged. I went back down and was assigned a similar room. We then repacked, moved, and unpacked which was a little slow because the room had a mini fridge that did not fit in the normal space in the furniture so it stuck out at the narrow entry hall area of the room. It was……

“Rhonda at the front desk was extremely helpful. Guided us to the hotel after the GPS led us astray. Made check-in easy, explained the amenities, and how to get to our room. Gave us great restaurant recommendations. We will stay here again.”

“Yes this is an older property but the way they maintain the Landscaping and the pool and it has nice new windows it is worth it we so enjoyed our stay. We will stay there again!!!! Oh and we love the location of our room it was right off until the grass and we had two small dogs so it worked out perfect”
