The hotel charged me for the room even though I had paid on Expedia. When I contacted them for a refund, they asked for my bank info and said that would be the fastest. I did so but have not received the money. That was a week ago and they are not answering my calls or emails. Very sad, as it was a nice stay.

Clean room but you can not take a shower when there is no hook for the showerhead Not one English channel on TV the second night we could not sleep due to drunken group of people in the hotel

Arrived to the hotel poor front desk agent was very helpful and got me a room while trying to communicate with expedia. The room had the AC off and I was told at check out "sorry the manager does not want to activate"" im sorry what? This hotel should NEVER be listed as options for Bratislava as it is in a completely different city! Full price for an uncomfortable night with no sleep due to no AC??

The staff was quite rude and with attitude. No free water is absolutely ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. No drinks with a dinner is very strange. Buffet style dinner was amazing, but the portions of the evening meals were like for children.
