“No choice for breakfasts. Small servings, and we were encouraged to have 1/2 of a desert, and maybe one egg Benedict vs 2. Asked to turn thermostat of AC off while out of the room. Very dim lighting. 3 way lamps had single filament bulbs. Reading a book was done using the phone flashlight. The hostess couldn’t read the room when she orated for long periods of time when people lost interest and wanted to move on with their day. It’s a good place to stop for a night, have a light breakfast……

“Bed was OK, but the space in the room is insufficient”

“We have stayed at this resort several years ago and we enjoyed the experience. However, our experience when we stayed there in July, 2026 was much different, When we first booked the reservation through Expedia, we were led to believe that there were only a few rooms left as the room availability indicated that they were sold out many of the rooms. We booked an available room. When we arrived at the property, there was virtually no one else in the resort but ourselves. The resort……

“We've stayed there a couple of times to date. Nice clean facility and staff are courteous. This time we were in the room right on the road so heard the traffic, the AC units were quite loud, but it was luckily not a hot night, so we were able to turn it off and still be comfortable.”

“This place was wonderful. Very unique. We were in a struck room on the top floor which was so unique and quaint. Thanks for a wonderful experience.”

“Beautiful, quiet, comfortable property. Clean, excellent amenities. We loved the communal areas to sit and chat with our friends. Bugs were bad, but they provided bug spray, and we were fine. Close to beautiful beaches. We’ll be back.”

“It was okay for one night stay. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the place is very humid.”

“We were there for four nights. On the second day our towels were changed, and the trash was removed but the bed was not made. On the third day we decided not to have the room cleaned. On the fourth day, the staff did not show up even though I had called the desk. They finally showed up with a change of towels upon my request. Also, the breakfast room is in dire need of a second waffle machine, as there is a lineup every morning for the single one that is available.”

“Second year staying here. This year was great. Staff is accommodating and really helpful. Rooms were clean. I liked the room we stayed in. Family style with separate bedroom and living room area. Most likely will stay here next year again when I visit!”

“Breakfast was quite busy every morning, so quantity of food and seating space was limited (we ended up having breakfast else where for two of our three mornings) but our room was clean, the staff was friendly and our kids loved the access we had to the huge pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved our time on the island!”

“Clinton Pond B&B was a lovely place to stay and use as a home base for biking, hiking and beach hopping. The house is beautiful, and immaculately clean. The covered deck is especially beautiful, and a great place to take your coffee, or an end of the day drink. Note: There is a shared kitchenette for guests with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes, kettle and coffee machine. The owners, Amanda and Alex, are welcoming and helpful.
