“House and Host were great. Everyone on the island was friendly and polite. My only complaint is that restaurants and bars have awful hours. Closed Sundays and Monday's and through the week they’re only open for lunch. Never got to experience the Sandbar to eat and for happy hour 5-7 as referenced on their menu. Wreckers and Shipyard food was great, however extremely expensive.”

“This was our third year staying here. We love Christy and her husband. They live on the island so if anything comes up they're right there. I love the spot because you see more marine life vs the beach. Water shoes is a must. But if you want beach just hop on the golf cart, go down the road. You can see it from the house. Beautiful house. I don't think we ever turned the TV on cause your outside the whole time. But Christy is fabulous. Schedules the taxi ferry and golf cart. Cause thats all you……

“We absolutely loved our stay at "This Is It"! It was the perfect layout for our group and you can't beat the location. The views are incredible from every living space and there are so many great areas to enjoy the outdoors..the balcony off of the primary bedroom, the covered patio off of the main living area, and the lower patio with a BBQ. The house was extremely well equipped and had so many beach activities for adults and kids. Gail was a wonderful host and made check-in and check-out……
