The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble. Our room was clean and modern with a view from the balcony over the harbour area. The parking was excellent too at the back of the hotel, easily accessible. We are not too keen on the ‘pod’ bathrooms that Ibis seem to be utilising more and more in their rooms but that is not this hotel’s issue, that’s a senior level issue! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone looking in this area.
