"Wonderful rural locations, this historical old chateau was large enough for our reunion group of 14 adults. An impressive 10 bedrooms, most with ensuites and large communal kitchen, outdoor and formal dining rooms were functional and fairly well stocked with utensils, cutlery, crockery etc. The comfort level was low with hard old beds and older plumbing facilities - basins, showers etc. - expect older and dated, antique furniture etc. Rustic - yes! "Great location - tram right outside and 5 mins walk from main station and Little Tokyo. I'm sensitive to noise but rooms were very soundproof. Staff all very helpful. Only issue was the window was locked and had to get a member of staff to staff to open it, not ideal during a heatwave! Also kept getting an error message on the air con and it would make a noise like a bath filling up."
