Finally, while the staff were friendly, they seemed inexperienced, resulting in service that felt average rather than exceptional. Overall, the Ensana Crescent Hotel has a lot to offer, particularly for those seeking a spa-focused getaway, but there’s room for improvement in terms of maintenance and service quality.
