I traveled from Pennsylvania because my son is attending Texas tech university. The property is very close to college. Pool was down which I was very upset about and hotel was very hot in the hallways . It was like they didn’t have air . It was very uncomfortable walking to the room .

We were placed in a room outside of the main hotel. I chose this hotel because of the indoor access to the room much safer. Water pressure was next to none. Had to ask whether the food attendant was going to replenish Breakfast items

Property appears nice in pictures but at its heart it’s just a run down property with bathroom sinks that are clogged, inconvenient elevators and the look of what once was a nicer place.

Sheets were dirty in our first room and the bathroom smelled awful so we were moved to another room a few doors down. The shower didn’t look like it was cleaned in the new room but we didn’t want to move our stuff again. 6th floor hallway smelled like sewage in some parts. Only stayed for one night so wasn’t expecting much.

I liked the layout of the property seating options. Stay average everything was just OK room a bit musty when the air was not on Towels not the best condition. Stairwells dirty, but felt safe good location to drive to restaurants and university activities. The staff was very friendly, kind, and accommodating.

My only gripes are the bathroom fixtures were loose and pulling away from the wall, lack of hot water, and the lack of tv channels/TV size. The TV is so far from the bed, it was hard to make out what I was watching. The lack of channels from dish was the last issue. I couldn't watch history channel or discovery or fox news.
