Close distance to the lake. It was a group of us (5 trucks with trailers and side by sides) we were able to park on the empty property next door (18 wheeler parking space). The first room was not clean and the toilet didn’t flush. However, we were able to move to another room without a hassle. The bbq pit does not work at all. However, we were able to use ours that we took to the lake.

At first we were worried we wouldn't get a restful night's sleep since it seemed there was a family a few rooms down that was hosting a pool party for children and took it to their room into the late evening. Kids were screaming and crying and running up and down the hallways. Thankfully most of the party left apparently and we had a normal night's sleep. We had to leave quite early the next morning so we didn't get to eat the breakfast.
