Although I did change rooms due to some issues. The staff like Karoline made sure to take control of the situation. The hotel still rates very highly in my opinion because it is beautiful.
It’s opulent and mesmerising and the decor are modern
I enjoyed the breakfast, the food, the dining and the breakfast and the experience. Although issues happened during my stay, I would come back here again.
The Spa and Gym area are with Sauna and Steam room a bonus and the guy this morning was super helpful.

We had two rooms for our group, and honestly, the view was gorgeous and totally made it worth it. However, the rooms had some issues. One bathroom had a really strong urine smell—we told reception, but nobody did a thing. In the other room, the shower was pretty much unusable because the water kept swinging between boiling hot and freezing cold.
Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, but for what we paid, we definitely expected better upkeep and service!

The hotel is right opposite the main train station and also right next to the tramlines which take you to Rynek and Ostrow Tumski. The beakfast offered is excellent as are the rooms.
