“Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell-
Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps.
Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly.
Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. With the Price we paid for. Can't complain. Light breakfast and stay. What else I could ask for.

“The check in was good. Front desk has been helpful. The breakfast staff lady this morning was pretty crabby. If you are French you get to sit where you want. American not so much. Not helpful at all this morning. The gentleman at breakfast when we were done was nice.
