"I cannot say enough good things about this property. If quiet and beauty is what you are looking for it's here. Its about 15-20 minutes either way. There is a road next to it but we didn't see a lot of traffic. We unfortunately got rained out and had to leave early so didn't get to emjoy it more. Heidi waa very helpful and understanding about this and even though she was at a family function she took the time to answer my questions. Very sweet and friendly lady. "This is a great place to stay with tons of common areas that allowed my family to enjoy our vacation and time together while still having time to ourselves. My 19 yo enjoyed playing XBox in the common area upstairs and swimming in the pool, my 21 yo liked having a bed to himself instead of sharing with his brother and the coffee station downstairs in the kitchen, and I enjoyed sitting, reading, and having tea in the downstairs area after talking my dog for a walk on the beautiful grounds. "We had such a wonderful four days at the cabin. Our neighborhood goes crazy on the Fourth of July. This was a great escape for us - some fireworks nearby but much more manageable for us. It’s off a gravel drive with very friendly neighbors. Our pups all loved to run the land and hang out on the wraparound porch. The property is as described and was perfect for our small group. My husband and I took our dogs on a great hike to Hughes Mountain in nearby Leadville. We would stay here again. "
