Nice hotel close to Interstate 310.

Pros: Close to Interstate 310.
Location: Used this hotel as jumping off point to head south to Venice as well as to see Mardi Gras activities in New Orleans.
Nice hotel close to Interstate 310. Plentiful parking. Room was clean and in good repair.

Never again!

First off I booked 2 (Expedia confirmed) rooms and at ck in was told I only booked 1, lady @ Ck in VERY rude, acted as if we were bothering her, Tub not clean, faucets rusty & no stopper, urine on toilet under seat, fridge didn’t work, flat pillows & covering on bed was 2 flat sheets with a VERY thin “comforter” for lack of a better word. Was put in a handicap room (no idea why as place was practically empty from looks of parking lot) and just wasn’t worth the effort to ask to be moved or complain due to the very rude service at ck in. We had 2 rooms and neither were satisfactorily cleaned before our arrival. Will never stay here again!

I am sorry for the inconvenience hat you experienced and will be using this as a training exercise for the staff. From the reservation itself, one request was a smoking king on the first floor. In order to accommodate that request, the only type available was a handicap room. Thank you for taking the time to let us know what improvements we need to work on. Pros: Helpful, friendly staff--breakfast buffet better than many
Late flight in,, stayed here before heading out to tour SW Louisiana

Needs a thorough cleaning and a remodel.

We were in town for the alligator festival. Luling is adorable! The hotel, however... The rooms are small, damp, dirty, smell bad, and the beds are horribly uncomfortable. There were guests blasting music in the stairwell for a large portion of the first evening. I will give the hotel credit for having quiet rooms. Breakfast was alright. We will make other arrangements next time.

Nice staff but hotel is a dump!

The front desk clerk was a very nice lady but the hotel is simply too old and in dire need of a complete refurbishing !!!

Girl at check-in was unfriendly, uninformative, and borderline rude. Room booked was a "non-smoking room" but it smelled of cigarette smoke and musk/mildew. There was also no hot water for any of us to take a bath or shower. I travel a lot and it's prabably the worst room I've had in many years.
