"I can’t recommend this lovely place highly enough . It’s in a perfect location and the hosts Rikki and Martin can’t do enough for you . Cosy barn is as it suggests cosy, clean and very comfortable. I come back here every year for a reason it’s an excellent place to stay . Would give it more than 5 stars if I could . Thank you Rikki and Martin"

"This is the second time we have been to this cottage as we loved it the first time round. This time we noticed it wasn’t very clean in terms of really dusty cabinets and a lot of dust/webs down the side of the beds. All the linen was lovely and clean, but things like the decorative pillows and sofas were all covered in stains and looking a bit worse for wear. The driveway and entrance to the house was in desperate need of some TLC, all looked very tatty which is a massive shame as we love this house and location. A bit of a refresh needed!"

"Enough space for 6 of us, 2 adults, 3 kids and a dog. The house was arranged with the bedrooms and bathroom downstairs and the living quarters upstairs.The boys enjoyed the football table and PS4, and the dog enjoyed the small private garden and the enclosed field across the road.The property was clean and well looked after, and whilst very close to the House, we didn't hear any noise from our neighbours."

"Had a lovely week in a smashing house in a nice location fairly close to the beach.Inclement weather may have had an impact on our excursions but the games room and the panoramic view from the living room/balcony more than made up for it all.Property was of a very high standard and extremely well maintained and presented."
