Very nice and helpful staff but the hotel is in desperate need of remodeling, specially the rooms. Also the the vast majority of the Nile view rooms are NOT facing the Nile. The area around the hotel doesn’t feel very safe but I suppose that is typical of Egypt.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luxor

Overall the hotel was beautiful! Our junior suit had a partial view of the Nile which was blocked by palm trees and had no view. We were told breakfast was complimentary when we checked in, but were billed for it with our stay.

I love that the Staff was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. This Hilton was located on the Nile and was very peaceful. I would love to visit again with my entire family. This was a birthday gift to me from my daughter, the cake was delicious too! I'm happy she picked Luxor instead of busy Cario.
