The Residhome Lyon Gerland had large one bedroom. The bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We faced the inner courtyard and the room was quiet. There are cafes and a grocery store across the street. Subway is right outside hotel. Good value.

Convenient access to Metro

The hotel is very convenient to the metro which makes getting around Lyon easy. The staff was very helpful. The room 209 we stayed in worked well for 4 people but needs a new coat of paint the walls were stained/dirty and doors can use a wipe down. We did find two live cockroaches during our stay. There was a market on Thursday with fresh fruits, vegetables and Tunisian food. Water kettle, microwave, refrigerator and dishes were all very useful during our stay.

Great location. Excellent bakery and a coffee shop right across the street, breakfast are epic. And metro station is right outside the building. Easy access... In house laundry too.

The elevator was not working, there were no towels in the room, the toilet and sink drains were clogged, the bathroom was dirty, and the receptionist was a bit rude when she said you had to clean the kitchen after using it.

Not recommended at all

The room was not cleaned, and the elevator was broken and unrepaired. I had to carry a heavy suitcase up and down the stairs. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. In the second apartment, we found the ceiling in the bathroom with lots of molds and some of the plates were very dirty and with molds as well. We didn't borther to change to another room again. We didn't want to be charged for the dirty plates, so we broght the plates to the staff and showed them the bathroom photos when we checked out. Finally, the staff apologised for our bad staying experience and she didn't charge for our car park cost. This was the worst hotel we have stayed and we will never come back again.

personnel souriant, le quartier est calme, ce stationner a l'extérieur est assez facile, dans l'ensemble le logement était assez propre. Mauvaise communication de la part de hotel .com et de la résidence qui nous as fait perdre beaucoup de temps

Okey overnatningssted til prisen

Hotellet var egentlig okey til prisen for 4 personer nÄr det var inkl. morgenmad. Det var ikke det mest hyggelige omrÄde men metro stationen er lige uden for dÞren og det er en kÊmpe fordel hvis man vil rundt i byen. Vi var der kun en enkelt nat pÄ vej hjem til Danmark sÄ det er svÊrt at vurdere helt korrekt. Vores oplevelse var dog at vÊrelset ikke var helt rent. VÊggene var ret beskidte og der var ogsÄ noget jordslÄet pÄ badevÊrelset. Det giver ikke det bedste indtryk af stedet. Men igen. Vi skulle kun vÊre der en enkelt nat. Personalet i receptionen var flinke og morgenmaden var ogsÄ ganske fin. OmrÄdet omkring hotellet virker lidt slum agtigt.
