“We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius.”

“The kitchen staff, janitor and security staff were brilliant - responsive, supportive, patient and very helpful. However, the reception staff were an opposite - unwilling to help us book our 2 rooms next to each other even though we had 2 kids under 5 and so we had to make do with walking across the cold corridor at night to see to their needs. The amenities in the room were not so great - furniture in the rooms looked old, paint and door hinges coming off in certain areas, remote control……

“Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré en mettant plutôt du pain ou des crêpes marocaines. La chambre était confortable mais l'odeur qui venait de la salle de bain n'était pas très agréable. C'est peut-être uniquement propre à la chambre du rez de chaussée donnant sur la rue. “It’s situated within the medina which is ideal although you will need to walk a little way from the Main Street to access it. It was down a dirty alleyway with some cats and poo which wasn’t nice. It’s not their area but perhaps they may need to consider how to make that first area more appealing to guests as it looks awful. Inside it was a very nicely decorated Riad.
