Welcome to The Nest! Located on the shores of Lime Lake, NY, The Nest is perfectly situated only feet from the water! Start your morning with a hot cup of coffee on the large, wrap around porch and then end your day on the dock as you watch the sun set behind the distant hills.

The Nest is a perfect couples or family retreat!

2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME IN 2021!

*Full Bathroom with a brand-new washer and dryer
*Year-Round Home (AC and Heat included)
*Vaulted kitchen and living room ceilings with direct views of the lake
*Electric fireplace in the living room provides a relaxing and warm atmosphere as the sun goes down!

Additional Amenities: propane grill, outdoor gas firepit, 4 kayaks and 4 adult life jackets, paddle boat, Wi-Fi, television, all brand new appliances, linens provided, and all kitchen and cooking utensils provided.

Enjoy The Nest for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, paddle boating, ice fishing, snowshoeing, and explore the many miles of snowmobile trails located right in our backyard!

Large groups or parties are strictly prohibited. Maximum capacity throughout the entire duration of your stay is 6 guests. The owners are full time residents next door and will enforce capacity policies.

A quick drive to Holiday Valley/Ellicottville (17 miles), Holi Mont (18 miles), Kissing Bridge (20 miles), Sprague Brook Park (18 miles), Allegany State Park (28 miles), Allegany Seneca Casino (29 miles), and Rock City Park (33 miles), the Nest is your ideal vacation destination!

Always a wonderful stay at the Nest!

A short getaway

Wonderful place to stay! The setting was beautiful and we got to enjoy Lime Lake via kayaks. The host was very attentive and she thought of everything you may need for your stay!! We would certainly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a little getaway by the lake!

Perfect Lake Cottage

Perfection

Beautiful spot, great home. Clean and comfortable and beautifully designed and decorated. Everything from booking, to check in and check out are easy. So many little extras have been thoughtfully included. We've rented many vacation homes from the gulf coast to the ADK, but this little place is something special. Thank you for letting us enjoy it for a couple of days.

We love The Nest!!

The Nest is a peaceful retreat right on the water. Clean and cozy and a long list of amenities. We have stayed here a couple times before and each time we visit a different neighboring small town. We booked our next stay for the Fall before we checked out.

Perfect Getaway

The Nest was the perfect place for rest, relaxation, and fun! The view of the lake and the fall colors on the trees was beautiful. The house was super clean and had everything needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor propane fire pit every evening. The owner/ manager were great with communication and super nice.

Perfect Lakefront Cottage

The Nest is the absolute perfect lakefront cottage on Lime Lake. The cottage came fully equipped with everything our family of four needed for our stay. The Nest is not only beautiful, but also extremely comfortable. We cannot wait to stay at The Nest again.

Wonderful Stay at the Nest

This place was beautiful. It was as described in the advertisement. My kids jumped out on the kayaks and pedal boats to cast a line and try to catch a Tiger Musky. This place was very spacious as the owners made the most out of every inch, was very updated, and had a great view!

Monica and Joelle were great to work with! Monica was very attentive and even brought me a treat when she went into town! Great place to stay - so peaceful! It was very clean and they had so many extras that made it easy & enjoyable - like a pantry with cooking items like olive oil and a handful of spices! I will totally book here again!

Better than the pictures!

The house is immaculate! In addition they thought of all the little things, a thank you note, extra toothbrushes (one of my teens forgot their's), snacks and small breakfast items. The queen bed was super comfortable! We only stayed one night after a long day skiing at holiday valley and it was refreshing to say the least. Complete 10, no negative feedback

Breath taking!

These hosts thought of absolutely everything! We truly felt like family. Being right on the lake allowed for relaxing views, family recreation (paddle boat for us….but could have chosen canoe, kayak, paddle board and more), and simply peace and tranquility! I have stayed in 10-15 VBRO homes to date and this was by far the best!!!!!

Another Wonderful Stay!

This was me and my wife's fourth stay at The Nest, and it was just phenomenal, as always. I actually shared with the property manager soon after our visit that no matter where life takes us, we will always find our way back, and The Nest will everlastingly be apart of our lives. I'm sure I've said this in each of my reviews, but I truly cannot recommend The Nest enough. Always clean, peaceful, and management are very friendly. 5/5, once again!!

Highly recommend.

My husband and I spent a week at The Nest. The cottage is clean, comfortable, modern and has all the amenities that you could ever need. The view of the lake from both the deck and dock is gorgeous. We enjoyed using the paddle boat and taking walks down the road. The property manager made the entire process so easy. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and gave us excursion tips. Both ladies were a joy and we hope to return someday.

Peace & Tranquility

If you want to escape the bustle of daily life and go somewhere out of the way of the world to rejuvenate, this is your place. You will have the perfect host. The “Nest” is CLEAN, well appointed and full of thoughtful amenities—kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, relaxing on the deck, grass and dock. The beds are comfortable and extra soft blankets are everywhere. There were loving touches around every corner, including a vase of fresh willows placed for us on the deck. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and the games provided. If you have littles, she even has a few toys tucked away in the storage ottoman. One of the best spaces we have ever rented. 10 stars!!

It's a GEM!

Our family of 5 stayed at "The Nest" for just one night for a planned ski trip to Holiday Valley. The ski resort was an easy 20min drive door to door. The accommodation was amazing. It was immaculately clean and had more room than I would have expected. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking wear and dishware. There were some small food items available if you forgot to bring something such as mini cereal boxes. The bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, and plenty of clean towels and linens. It was cold so we didn't use the deck that had a fire pit and overlooked the lake. There were a few board games available to keep us entertained. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience. I would absolutely stay here again on our next trip!!
