“We absolutely loved the Looney Rooms! The house was exactly as described (if not better), super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect. Highly, highly recommend this spot to anyone considering it. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“This was an ideal property and location for our family reunion group of 13 (without needing the additional suite). The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning. There are two window AC units in the house (not counting the suite, which we did not……

“We enjoyed the cabin very much. There were plenty of spaces for us to gather, or to have a quiet moment alone. My husband fell in love with the Blackstone grill and grilled everything from hamburgers and hotdogs to pancakes and bacon.We would suggest that you replace the lower rack in the dishwasher, so that the lower spray can move freely.”
