“The main problem is the sofa bed. It is a worn out mess single with extremely thin mattress. It was not fit for an adult to sleep let alone a couple. The entire place is furnished with thrift store rejects. The kitchen stove burners have no gradation in temperature- off and turbo. There was gum stuck on the dresser, spiderwebs everywhere, grungy countertops in kitchen, mold in the bathroom. They’re barely enough sleeping area for 9 let alone the 11 advertised.”
