I’m very fussy when booking accommodation and this house suited our needs down to a tee. Very clean and well appointed with heaps of room for the family to spread out. And well what can I say about the view!! We literally lived on the deck overlooking the beach with the cool sea breezes gently swathing around us. The property was very clean with quality furniture, appliances, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. The view from the balcony was fantastic and we even watched whales playing from there. It was a short walk to the beach, and a great location to walk to the marina for a coffee or lunch. Recommend Casu Jacks at the marina for breakfast or lunch. It is a short easy drive into Mackay CDB for a larger range of restaurants. The location is great, it is quiet and peaceful with the sound of the waves on the beach in the background. Emma was very helpful. Was a fantastic location allowing me to walk to the Mackay Marina easily. The rooms were a wonderful size and comfortable beds. Kitchen had all the necessities and a so many choices of where to eat, balcony, dining room, kitchen bench or off laps in the loungerooms. Once you figure out where the numbers are located on the lift panel life is a dream here. Lock up garage with easy access to the lifts was well received. We extended our stay as we didn't want to leave.
