The hotel staff are nice However, the towels and the linen in the room need to be replaced with new ones - too worn out! Towel rack was also dusty. No hairdryer available in the bathroom. Room rate was 3x more than a nicer hotel room from the mainland (Mackinaw City or St. Ignace) - didn’t feel I got my money’s worth.

The resort is a little dated - some chipping paint, doors stick, but very clean with excellent staff. We hung out and played games in the piano room when it was raining and got excellent massages at the spa. Dinner at Chianti was amazing. Breakfast at the main dining room was okay food, but great service. Overall would stay again.

Fabulous staff!!

Staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Lots of food choices. Only minor issue was the portable A/C was quite loud when it turned on which included in the middle of the night. Otherwise, a beautiful stay for our fall color tour.

Everything on Mackinac Island is old so take the property conditions with a grain of salt. Many restaurant options on property. Pool could use a make over but still gets it done. Convenient location. I would stay here over any spot along the main road due to the amenities provided and still only a 12-15 minute walk from town.

We had to wait 40 minutes after ordering our breakfast at the round island kitchen to receive our food. Another table that was seated 15 minutes after us received their food and ate and finished eating at the same time we received our food. Everything else about the resort was great and the staff is very friendly.

Old bathrooms No bathroom fan Hand Soap pump didn’t work Only received 2 Togo coffee cups and not mugs like other rooms. Bed not the most comfortable for the price of the room. Vanity shelf installed crocked so things would fall off. Only mirror was in bathroom. Wallpaper in bath peeling off.

The water view wasn't that great, the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, the heater made a really loud noise, found 3 bugs in the room, tv was very small and was mounted crooked on the wall...etc. For the money we paid, it was not worth it at all unfortunately.

Our family had a great stay at Mission Point. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well kept. We stayed in the straights lodge. Nothing fancy about the rooms but sufficient for our stay. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the Round Island Kitchen. Food was great. I liked the location of the resort. It was a good walk from downtown and away from all the commotion.
