“Sehr abweisender Empfang durch einen Herrn an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war direkt unter dem Dach und winzig klein. Als wir eine Nacht verlängern wollten, wurden wir von einer Madame an der Rezeption unfreundlich behandelt.
Nicht zu empfehlen!! Lage ist allerdings sehr zentral.”
“The location is good. Brit hotels are normally next to the train station and it's what I need when traveling alone, but it's of course it's not the best service and isolated from the touristic scene, but not far also.”
“Badezimmer zum Teil etwas unsauber. Bett war sehr ausgelegen und sehr weich. Größe des Zimmers war genügend. Also bis auf das Bett waren wir zufrieden.”
“We had one misunderstanding about the type of reserved room. Although I reserved a triple room for 3 adults (which price was reasonable that motivated me to reserve) ,but in check-in process in hotel was informed that actually the reserved room is for two people and for third one I must pay an extra money.
I paid that extra amount, but honestly said if I knew about it ,maybe I had not got the room.”
