“We hebben genoten ! Ontbijt is prima evenals de kamers. Enige waar wij achter kwamen bij aankomst is dat je parkeerplaats moet reserveren. Dus wij hebben buiten geparkeerd, wat gratis was en prima.”
“The location is good. Brit hotels are normally next to the train station and it's what I need when traveling alone, but it's of course it's not the best service and isolated from the touristic scene, but not far also.”
“Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel für eine Übernachtung. Was ich allerdings total lächerlich finde, ist, dass uns trotz Buchung mit Frühstück vor Ort noch knapp 5 Euro pro Kind fürs Frühstück abgeknöpft wurden. Sowas geht gar nicht und hinterlässt einen faden Beigeschmack!”
“We had one misunderstanding about the type of reserved room. Although I reserved a triple room for 3 adults (which price was reasonable that motivated me to reserve) ,but in check-in process in hotel was informed that actually the reserved room is for two people and for third one I must pay an extra money.
I paid that extra amount, but honestly said if I knew about it ,maybe I had not got the room.”
“Alles was volledig naar wens. Behalve toen we savonds gingen zwemmen moesten we zo snel mogelijk buiten het hotel langs de tuin naar het zwembad. Drinken bestellen was opeens onmogelijk dan maar niets meer gedronken, nochtans had men mij bij het buiten sturen beloofd dat het restaurant personeel voor drinken ging zorgen. Dit klopte niet helemaal. Savonds voelde we ons niet meer zo welkom. Wel een mooi hotel en gezellig hotelletje.”
“Condition of the room was very poor - many large stains all over the carpet throughout the room, obvious water damage on baseboards and wall areas coming away. We did contact the staff who were kind and amenable but they had no other room for us to move into, and so we needed to stay in this room for the night. A room in that state should not be made available for guests.”
