I forgot my wedding rings. I got 2 1/2 hrs away before I realized. I was freaking out. I pulled over and called and she kept me on the phone while she went to look and she found them right there on the nightstand on the other side of the bed. I totally forgot I took them off on my granddaughters side of the bed. I cried. I'm so grateful an honest person found them. As she said..... God is good. I'm stopping on my way back home to get them

We called the hotel yesterday ( day of check in ) around 111.00 AM to let them know that we will be arriving late around 2.00 am in the morning. They booked a room for me on the 3rd floor and and ran my credit card for the booking. I arrived 3.30 AM and the check in staff took 15 minutes to check me in and that is fine till now. Ar 3.30 AM when we arrived at the hotel; Instead of the 3rd floor they gave me a room on the 1st floor and the room had a carpet soaked with water ( completely wet ) carpet and we could not walk on it. I assume the AC was leaking and I just was so tired - travelling with family and kids so we went to bed and decided to deal with it later. I asked the check in clerk if we can get a late check out at 12.00 noon since we are travelling with kids and check in early morning after a 7 hour drive we needed some rest and he told me that he will get me a check out at 11.30 am.He also asked me to talk to the morning shift desk clerk and we can get a 12.00 pm check out without a problem. next day morning the desk clerk was informed by me about about the wet carpet and light bulb missing in the ceiling. No one showed up to check them out, She called me in my room at 11.32 AM and told me that if I do not check out by 11.30 am there will be an additional charge and then I went to her desk and spoke to her and told her that 1) I am unhappy about the wet carpet 2) missing ceiling light in the room 3) check out issue and then let the room at 11.50 Am today

Terrible experience! This was actually my 3rd time staying at this hotel in the pass 2 years and this was by far the worst experience. The others were just OK but this time the staff, the cleanliness, the atmosphere was just terrible. 1st they didn’t advise the pool was down until after check in . This was my daughter birthday request because she wanted to go swimming! So 1st disappointment. No accommodations was offered I had to request by asking for supervisor. The iron was broken almost ruined my daughter dress, the carpet in the suite was dirty and everything had a weird smell. To top off all that one of the staff was rude to my daughter when she politely asked for an extra blanket!! Never will I stay here again and definitely will not be recommending this lodging to anyone. I currently work for AAA and we rate hotel all over the country I will definitely make sure this one will be reported accordingly. Don’t stay Here!!
