This will be our fourth or fifth stay at the hotel. So what can I say - absolutely everything was outstanding as usual. Reception friendliness and local knowledge, everything about our room was faultless including cleaning the room each day. Also the daily breakfast was brilliant.
My wife and I can honestly say there was absolutely nothing we find fault with about this Turim Hotel. Which is exactly why we always return to this wonderful hotel when we are in Madeira

Only issue we had was the number for the reception was no where to be found in the room so you’re not able to call down if you need anything. They clean the room well but forget to restock on toilet paper. Sadly because it’s just opened ...
