Second, The actual apartment address/location should be clearly specified as soon as it’s time to check in not just by showing outdated pictures of a nearby restaurant sign. Since access to the apartment and actual apartment are not in same spot. Lastly, it should not be forced on the...

Bristol Palace Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely place, but I wish it had a fitness room or area"

Genova Antica

8/10 Good

"I liked this hotel. It's in a great location, right in the middle of the old quarter, with lots of great places to see nearby. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would only offer one suggestion. Reception is on the top floor, but there is nothing on the ground floor telling one that, so it took me quite a while to figure out where to go to register. I would recommend placing a sign at the first floor entrance telling people where reception is."

Splendido Mare, A Belmond Hotel, Portofino

10/10 Excellent

"Me and my wife have just returned from a two night stay at the Splendido Mare, what a Hotel!, setting and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Michela and her team treated us with sincere hospitality, smiles and service and made our stay truly remarkable. A special thank you to Federico at the restaurant, his service was exceptional. We will definitely be returning"

Hotel Continental Genova

10/10 Excellent

"A beautiful and grand hotel that blew us away! The service was was top shelf and the room was massive! We couldn’t fault it at all! The room had a small Juliette balcony that overlooked the historic centrale station and there were hot tubs on the 8th floor that offered amazing views if the city and port, Breakfast was also another highlight! Easily the best Italian hotel we have ever stayed at!"
