It was a great location to be in for our first visit to Madrid. Walkable to everything and the room was comfortable. Rooftop was very nice bc it was so hot.

The rooms are quite small but in fun colours. Was hard to have two carry ons out to dress from. Instant coffee in the room. Great rooftop pool and patio but very smokey and they close it early to make it for the public. Central for the affordable shopping stores.

Maid service in the room was a bit inconsistent. Breakfast hours were expansive and breakfast options were good. Appreciate the availability of gluten free bread. Front desk personnel were very helpful and assisted my wife with scheduling hair and manicure appointments.
