“Clean newish place, spacious room, but so many small problems. Heater didn't work so in the morning I told the front desk and also told them I don't need housekeeping cleaning (since I left the DND off the door so maintenance could get in). Later when I returned, the heater still wasn't working and the bed made up. Everything else below I can deal with but broken heater when it's so cold outside, not really.
Lotion dispenser was totally out and not checked by housekeeping. The safe was left……

“Stayed in a room on the ground floor facing the road, on a quiet street so we had a good sleep. However, for the same reason, we did not open the window, with no air conditioning/circulation, the room was stuffy and need to turn on the table fan while it's zero degree outside. Shower is quite weak. Walk approx. 10 mins to town, helpful staff, provide late check in until after mid-night (but be careful late check out costs a little per room), overall is good.”

“Absolutely gorgeous apartwith stunning views. The apartment was beautifully furnished with all the amenities you would need. The owner was extremely helpful with entry issues (all my own fault for not turning on data!), the wfi was easily accessible and extremely fast.

“I could not get a hold with the receptionist online. It was most fearful place to stay because of the frightening owner rules. It feels like you’re under 24 hours surveillance radar constantly being watched in case you failed to comply with the owner rules. However the place around was pretty safe. ”

“Good location: halfway between the train/bus station and the old town, both within easy walking distance.
Spacious room: More than adequate for single travelers. Rooms have good layout too.
My room is on the second floor and there is no lift. So probably a good idea not to carry huge luggage.
The only downside is that the housekeeping is not very thorough.They either forgot to replenish the shower gel/shampoo or the teabags and coffee. I stayed four nights and not once were both fully……
