Hosts were so welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed overnight stay. Pool was cool and clean and the surrounding views superb. We had a spacious comfortable room (eith a view) and wonderful cocktail/dinner and wine. Faultless. I strongly recommend.

The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing. Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms.

Turns out being in Pontevedra does not mean being in the city of Pontevedra. We were walking the Camino and had passed the place over two hours ago when we looked for it in Pontevedra and learned our mistake. Had to take a taxi there and backThen they had no lift or even a dumb waiter to get our one full sized suitcase upstairs. The lady and I together managed it. In the morning I was told I could call someone to help bring it down because the desk was un manned. The guy answering was angry that I asked for any help before 8am. Then the door to the shower was broken. While someone is fixing that they should tighten up the bathroom cupboard doors. At least the bed fridge and AC worked
