Mahahual Beach

La estancia estuvo aceptable. Sin embargo hay dos puntos clave que quisiera comentar: 1. La regadera solo tenía agua caliente los primeros 2-3 minutos. Le comenté a una recepcionista sobre este tema en los primeros días y, si bien prometió que se revisaría, no hubo cambio alguno ni respuesta a esta solicitud. Era muy incómodo bañarse. 2. En general el personal fue amable pero pueden mejorar y ser más serviciales. En el restaurante una de las meseras atendía con actitud hostil y con algo de molestia. Le doy 3/5 estrellas a mi estancia.

Excelente atención del personal, buenas habitaciones, solo faltan cajoneras para colocar la ropa.

This is hotel can be described more as an experience, it is totally immersive, you will be staying within the jungle, hearing all kind of birds, If you are lucky enough maybe you can watch some monkeys, but overall I do believe I will be coming back, the staff is very respectful and you can tell the enjoy their job, the tour guides are great, specially Dani, he really was born for this job, he just explains to you with such emotion and pride. Food and drinks were also always really good, maybe deserts can be a little bit better but nothing to complain. We had a great time in there. Thank you.- <3
