Beautiful location, rich breakfast, super nice staff. Bikes are available to tour around the lake and there is a shuttle bus to take you to a shopping center nearby. The only negative was the elephant feeding place near the hotel, which chained the baby elephants in order to make money from the visitors feeding them. I informed the hotel and hopefully they’ll take action to prevent this business as part of their social responsibility. Otherwise, all pleasant feelings!

The staff are amazing - so friendly, helpful and professional! The rooms are bright and comfortable, however, there is nothing Thai about them - not a single ornament or picture. The grounds are huge with plenty of shade but sadly the pool is too small and extremely noisy (lots of children) for the number of guests, which is the biggest disappointment.

We’ve been back again after only twelve months. Beautiful peaceful and the perfect way to relax. Sure it’s bit more - but it’s well worth it. It’s small enough to get some peace and big enough to have all you need.

The property was immaculate. Well designed, maintained and beautiful. The staff was friendly, ultra respectful, vigilant, extra attention to detail, and do their absolute best. The food was fresh and delicious. Everything was made fresh, including if you asked for a glass of juice. They will literally squeeze the fruit into juice for you to drink. This property was everything and more.

I loved our stay. The hotel is very convinient, rooms are fantastic. Very clean. The gym is the best I have seen and very unique for the hotel. Starbucks with protein shakes is unexpected and very great addition. The territory is cozy, which makes hotel stay pleasant. Only is the food is Ok, Sand restaurant has much to offer but the taste is average, would be great to improve it :) Overall I will definitely recommend the property and will back myself! Love it ☺️

For us the Villa with own pool is the best option to go for. Last time we stayed we had breakfast and diner included whereas this time we went for all meals plus two cocktails each day and a treatment each in the Spa. Having all meals was a mistake as we found that we couldn’t eat everything but for those with a large appetite it would be worthwhile. We would like to mention the lady who made up our Villa every day. Her name was Amm and she was a treasure being super efficient.

Amazing outdoors

Renaissance Phuket is a great hotel with an amazing outdoor space and swimming pool. It does need renovation in the rooms and bar area and a bit more attention to cleanness. Some of the staff are really good with a great sense of service. We have been coming for years, but we can’t help to notice that the service and amenities are going down every year. No more welcome plate or snacks, no more turn down service, food in room service is not to standard, they bring food without any protection on it on some occasions. Overall we love this place but it needs to go back to its original standard.
