The front desk was so not helpful during the checkin. On top of that, she did NOT even activate our key! Also since our flight was cancelled due to airport strike, we had to book another night. We called twice within 5 hours, they did NOTHING! I even talked to their manager, he managed to do nothing to expedite it. With the stress of rebooking our flights to get out of Kenya, the hotel experience made it worse!

I had a great time here...top notch service from the front desk to the wait staff at the restaurant..in addition the beds were very comfortable.. the hotel decor and art was Afro themed which I really appreciated.
