"This hotel was superb. The staff, the room, the outstanding food quality, the location (literally right at the Kruger gate), and the ambiance were first-class. We watched elephants and hippos from the pool deck (don’t worry—there is a fence). Highly recommend!"

"The house phones did not work had to walk to reception to complain multiple times. Terrible value for money Buffer was not open Hole in curtain Housekeeping took our towels and never came back with clean ones til i complained at 4 pm Raging party going on loud shouting"
