“Sooo where to start. Upon arrival I was overall impressed with how nice and spacious the room was. But when I went to put my medication in the fridge I found a live roach. I immediately called downstairs showed them a video we took and they moved us rooms into what they had left as they were full. When we got the next room the floor of the bathtub was literally peeling up off the floor of it no one can shower there. “Cleanliness and friendly staff!
Weak water pressure and noticed that part of the thread of the comforter is tearing apart!
Also it would be nice if they can put air fresher in the room.
Exhaust fan needs cleaning as well!”
