They even let me know they could accommodate me early arrival. Room was fresh and clean and inviting. Loved this place that I found by accident."

"We had a great stay at this fantastic location. Great view of the water and easy to access the beach. Could be challenging if someone isn't steady on their feet or too elderly. Easy to get to and while a little isolated, had choices for restaurants and grocery shopping. We actually like it was a little removed from the more bustle and development north into Melbourne. Would stay again! "

"Clean home with all necessary amenities. Erica was very responsive to all questions. She allowed us a later check out due to our flight leaving in the evening. We enjoyed the location and local businesses. Melbourne Beach Market is awesome! Walking distance to anything you need. Highly recommend East Coast Fishing Charters and Captain Don. Lots of fun and enough fish caught for two meals for 5 people. We would love to return to the area in the future! Thank you Erica for making our stay the best possible family vacation!"
