All staff I encountered was horribly RUDE one lady even seemed to be on Drugs and was constantly nodding off at the front desk. On the booking site we are promised Cribs/ infant beds, Pool, laundry amenities, breakfast, meetings rooms, banquet hall and there was non of this available to us. Other Guests are allowed to run up and down the halls all night making all kinds of noise. The place is dirty dirty the bed sheets had stains (blood stains) on them best disturbing and disgusting. The pool is supposed to be available from May-September 9am -9pm no signage of any closure and when I went looking for a pool it was empty and filled with garbage and dirt. The 1 and only vending machine on premises seriously only had water, pop corn and 2 chip options. Only one ice machine available and you are only allowed 2 small scoops per room and they watch you like a hawk when getting ice.

We had reserved a room with two beds, and got a room with one double bed. The bathroom was tiny, so there was no place to put my make-up or curling iron. There wasn't a closet to hang anything up. It was clean, and we survived. We also had to drive to another town for dinner and breakfast.

Very close and convenient location. Decent stay with good breakfast. 20 minutes' drive to Carlsbad Caverns National Park.
