Rooms clean and tidy. Sink was blocked and took 18 hours to be assigned a new room even though the place was almost empty. Staff are virtual and kept getting told they had to wait for manager approval. Some beds were good but the double bed in the new room was awful and needs replacing.

Very clean room,Staff could not be more welcoming.
The food was amazing prepared by the in house chef.
All the staff who took us out on the ‘Safari’ drives were so knowledgeable and were amazing at seeing all the wildlife.
