This was our 4th stay and I have to say we were a little disappointed this time. The overall hotel was clean but our room wasn't cleaned at all for the first 4 days (in spite of us leaving the sign out) we then complained and they were on it. My sister stayed next door and hers wasn't cleaned once! The rooms also need some checking -rip in curtain, tv not working great - lots of channels but none work! The staff weren't as pleasant and helpful this time either Overall the location is great and is was ok but not sure we would go back again

This hotel was perfect In every way. Close to beach and bars and restaurants but far away enough from noise . Extremely clean ( Thankyou to the lady that maintains room 409. ) you do a superb job :-) Hotel reception is very inviting and friendly. Great amenities - pool , pool towel provided. Water. Gymn, spa also available . Thankyou all for a superb stay here. Would highly recommend

"This is our second time visiting Mallorca, Spain. This property was exceptional. It was relatively close to Palma and all of the most beautiful and scenic towns on the island. There was daily housekeeping. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. They were even able to accommodate my food allergies. ..."
