Tennis court, newly renovated and furnished chalet with pool

"Hallo Zusammen,der Urlaub war in jeder Hinsicht absolut perfekt. Von der Buchung über die Abwicklung, die Übergabe der Finca nebst Empfang durch den Gastgeber, die Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes und auch dem Check-Out hat alles perfekt funktioniert.Die Finca lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das riesige Grundstück mit Pool und Tennisplatz, die riesige überdachte Terrasse mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten und auch die Zimmer in der Finca, die alle klimatisiert sind, es ist wirklich alles rundum perfekt und einfach wahnsinnig schön, sauber und zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen.Unser Gastgeber und Besitzer der Finca, Andres, ist absolut zuvorkommend und immer da, wenn nötig, hat immer einen guten Ratschlag parat und kümmert sich akkurat um alles was anfällt. Seine super freundliche, nette, warmherzige und einfach total liebenswerte Art, hat uns von Anfang an begeistert.Wir haben jede Minute genossen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.Vielen lieben Dank für alles, lieber Andres, ganz liebe Grüße, Marc, Bine, Paul und Luisa."

"Overall, a nice place to stay directly in old town Soller, but it fell short of my expectations from the glowing reviews. It's advertised as a 5-star hotel, but that was not our experience at all. I will start with our room, which was located in the annex. The room paralleled a college dorm with Ikea-quality furniture, white walls that were all scuffed up, closet and mini-fridge doors that needed to be lifted up first in order to be closed/moved, issues with Wi-Fi connection, and a rock hard mattress with unsupportive pillows. It was a non-smoking room, but the faint smell of cigarettes lingered each time we walked into the room (which made me wonder if the room directly adjacent was a smoking room given that I saw an ashtray on their balcony). Staff was overall incredibly pleasant and kind! At check-in, however, we were not offered any help with our luggage or the car and were given improperly programmed room keycards. As for hotel parking, it's limited and there is no valet system, so spots can be blocked if guests themselves do not park with consideration of others...Btw, if you are driving here, please be aware that only permitted vehicles are allowed to drive within old town limits. As hotel guests, we were told we had permission to drive in town and are exempt from any police fines (just needed to give the hotel a copy of our rental car contract). The rooftop pool was the perfect reprieve from the heat with stunning mountain views. Breakfast buffet was ok."

"Top locatie. Uitstekend voor relax vakantie maar ook voor fiets tripjes in de omgeving of een tocht naar Soller, Alcudia of Palma. Zeer behulpzame eigenaar (Spaans sprekend maar Google translate helpt)!! Schoon, ruime kamers en badkamers, goede keuken met faciliteiten. Laatste deel van de weg ernaar toe is smal en hobbelig maar te doen met Renault espace."

"Spent a great day and night here in the mountains . Very relaxed, wonderful staff and amenities . Pool view was beautiful and atmosphere chilled. Will definitely go again. Only warning would be we noticed a large area for weddings and if there was a celebration on it could be a very different vibe so maybe check before you book ."

"Check in was online but staff was very quick to respond with all our questions ! They sent a very detailed message on how to check in. We had no issues and had parking for free ! The room was pretty big and clean. The air conditioning was a plus ! Would stay here again!"
