The owner's mom who lives in the ground floor of the building was also friendly and spoke some English. The shared bathrooms were clean and not too small. There was 1 bathroom on each floor shared by 3-4 rooms which was not a problem for us. Wifi didn't work for me but my partner, which was ok for me as I had data. The building is 3 mins walk from town center, in a lovely block.
