Awful, high rise trashy accommodation. Kitchen had very limited equipment. Whilst overall clean(thanks to staff), very dated. Chipped paint everywhere. Kitchen area tiling had been overpainted but that was still flaking. Bathroom shower was a dribble. Outside areas were unkempt, again despite staff efforts - but overall the clientele were unconcerned about the environment. Pool area on first appearance was clean but on closer inspection - cigarette butts and discarded sweet/ice cream wrappers in amongst hedging. People smoking at poolside. I felt that if I had raised a complaint at the time of my stay - reception/management would not be concerned. I left location 2 nights early and found alternative location because it was so bad.

We enjoyed the stay, apartment was clean and tidy and well presented having everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. Facilities were great and staff really helpful and friendly. 10 min walk to the closest beach being the time of year the area was quite quiet which we had planned for, plenty to do in the local area and further afield. Would highly recommend and would happily return. We could imagine it would be very busy in the summer months though!

Great base for my cycling in Majorca
Enjoyable stay at a very nice hotel. Could do with a bit of money spent on upgrade to lifts, rooms and pool area, but, don't let that put you off. The staff are fantastic.

Stayed for 3 nights with friends our second visit this year. Had a fabulous time both at the hotel and in local area. Staff are lovely. Food was ok might have got abit repetitive if we stayed longer. Communal area’s stair wells etc could have done with a clean and didn’t really see anyone cleaning in and around the pool areas at all during the stay.

Apartment was covered in ants, went to complain to be told manager won't be in for us to see. Managed to get a room change after complaining to wake up to ants all over the balcony floor. Disgusting! And rude receptionists

The towels weren't changed once in four days. The studio wasn't clean. The bed sheets and sofa bed looked like they were changed whoever they were uncomfortable, itchy and had small stains on it. Expecting slightly better.

The overall maintenance is not good as expected and they only do the cleaning every 3/4 days…they do not have enough people for maintenance or cleaning. The location is excellent, the pools and the food at the restaurant.

Pleasant stay
Resort was great, I would ignore bad reviews. The place and pools were overall clean and well looked after. Breakfast food was good with lots of options. Only downfall was our room wasn’t cleaned once over a 6 night stray, cleaner came 9am whilst one of us was still asleep she said she would come back but didn’t.

Very happy with our holiday...
We have just come back from a 7 night holiday at the bellevue. After reading all the reviews we where worried. But from our experience we enjoyed it massively. We stayed in fedra1. Our room was clean and comfortable and the aircon was a god send. We only used 2 of their pools and both where great. My kids loved them. We was all inclusive and to be truthful we didn't use it all that much. Food wasn't too our taste. There was plenty of food tho. We enjoyed breakfast. Many restaurants just outside the main entrance. The staff where all friendly. Sellers where too. My purse got lost but was handed into the hotel. With all money inside. Its a huge site, with many buildings. So sun beds do get full but we never had to wait too long to get one. Dont book if you want 5 stars but for a family we enjoyed it and will be back. Spain has a tourism tax which you pay when you arrive. Very minimal but we didn't realise.

A pleasant location by lake, 10 mins from sea. Leda 2 room needs a good clean. Room safe didn't work, patio door didn't lock. Areas of the site are in need of some upkeep. Many broken sunbeds by the pools. Sellers always walking around with glasses& watches. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Couldn’t fault the rooms but the complex was not what we was looking for at all. Reminded me of butlins. Too spaced out we was in block fedra2 miles away from anything. Only one food court on complex for about 20 big building blocks. We only did one day then got our money back on remaining days and moved into port pollenca where we know and enjoy. To be fair the reception staf sorted a refund for us. Some may like but was just not for us. I wouldn’t return

Avoid unless you are very budget conscious
We realised on arrival that we had made a mistake. The checkin was actually OK, but the map they provided to find the actual building we were staying in was hopeless. The room smelt strongly of drains, as did the bed linen and towels. The floor of the shower had peeling paint on it, and the shower itself was no more than a trickle of water. One of the worst experiences. We booked for three nights, but escaped after one night, and in fairness they did cancel and refund the remaining two nights.

Good Hotel, good location, beware extra charges!
Lovely location right next to a lake. Reception was quick and painless. However, was surprised to be asked to pay for WIFI and give a deposit for a control remote which in the end I hardly got to use. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay. Staff working at the restaurant were nice and polite as well as the cleaning ladies. Would definitely go again.

What to like in this complex, eaten alive by mosquitos, Air conditioner not working in the room, have been victim of burglary in our room 1000€ been taken from our safe, we found out that it was the maintenance guy, the management been absolutely unhelpful, not caring at all specialy the manager Pablo.been nearly a year ago no one contact us regarding the money even though its been proven that the maintenance worker did it. Go somewhere else!!!!

Really good value for the price. Rooms spacious and clean, food plentiful and varied, soft drinks fine, alcoholic drinks were just about ok. Beware the mosquitos! Nothing to do with the hotel but across the entire resort. We all look like we have chicken pox!

I didn’t like it when we had to pay for a lot of things like remote , washing machine. When we asked for soap because the one that they offered to us was finished, they simply answered with a no. Thank you for the holiday

It was okay but there was no consistancy in the staff friendlyness one guy i came across was so rude and abrupt went to see family on one of the resturants that was on the package side of the resort and he nearly threw us out for sitting with them, maybe a good idea to train your team on how to be nice to people.

We got a super deal for this property for all inclusive. We read the reviews before leaving and discovered a lot of negative feedback specifically about a certain block of the hotel. The staff throughout the hotel are miserable! The food was OK. Fresh meats and fish on a daily basis, quality of the food was a bit questionable at times but otherwise fine. Resort is huge and well used. Everywhere could do with updating which seems to be in progress. Our room was brilliant. A good space and great little kitchen. Again a bit heavily used in places: dirty marks on walls etc. We did go end of season and they are due to close soon for winter so this could all be circumstantial. Either way I’d highly recommend in terms of location and value for money. We paid £218pp for 4 nights all inclusive including flights.

**WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN*******
**NEVER STAY HERE EVER - THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN** we arrived on Friday afternoon, went to the reception desk which is not even a reception desk and checked in. They failed to tell us we needed to purchase a €20 key to the safe and that WiFi was even more expensive then that. We went to our hotel room which was across the resort, realized this was the case and then had to walk all the way back with our bags to purchase both a safe key and WiFi. In our individual hotel (Ceres I) there was no door to the downstairs hotel and no one at the reception desk. It felt like we were staying in a insane asylum where anyone could walk in at any point and have full access to the upstairs where all the room are. We felt very unsafe all night and had to lock up our entire hotel room to feel somewhat safe. My friend got food poisoning from a restaurant near by and ultimately puked for the next 4 hours until 2am. There was People blasting music by the pool outside until 6am in the morning and being very obnoxious and loud. Then we woke up the next morning with bites all over our faces, back and legs so it is safe to say this hotel may have bed bugs so WATCH OUT. All in all this hotel sucked and if you are looking to have a vacation at all DO NOT STAY HERE. We stayed last night and are currently checked into a different hotel down the beach because we could not take it for another night...I DO IN FACT HAVE BED BUDS.

After reading the reviews our stay at Belle Vue was better than expected. Our room was very modern, with comfy beds, a kitchen air con and a balcony. There are plenty of pools so it was always easy to find a sun bed. Hotel was in a great location with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops and a short walk to the beach. The only problem was having to queue for an hour to check in! Overall, I think the reception staff could have been more helpful.

The hotel was cheap so I wasn’t expecting luxury. However, there wasn’t even any air con in our building (Fedra) and the tv didn’t work. I would have thought this would be basic stuff. There was also no WiFi which was really inconvenient. The apartment didn’t smell very clean and there was a drain smell coming from the bathroom quite often. The positive however, was the spacious balcony which had a nice view of the pool.

Good Resort. Nice activities and location. On the down side are the expensive breakfast and lunch if they don't come included. Also expensive Wifi charged by the day and per device which is just sad especially in the quiet evenings trying to catch up with news and movies.

I did like the location, the fact that is fairly close to the beach. I did not like at all the fact that the images that you (Expedia) are using are showing the refurbished rooms only. Actually when we got to check in we were first given a room ( in Diana 2) which was looking awful, with old furniture, no microwave, no ceiling fan and overall looking disgusting. Only because we went back to reception and thank to a very nice gentleman at the reception we were moved to a refurbished room in Minerva 1 building which thankfully had a aircon, and a nice looking kitchenette.

Nothing - my husband suffered a stroke 1 week before we were planning to fly out for 11 nights. We managed to change our flights for October and asked to change the accommodation for 6 nights but this was declined. Poor service so Expedia should not include this property on their system.
