"Amazing/outstanding holiday destination, amenities, welcome, location, cleanliness, etc. The service is what makes this hotel so special, and this goes much further than the amenities which are outstanding. The only two small minor drawbacks for us have been 1) to get charged to have coffee in the room which low key B&B do not do, 2) our toilet flushing system dripped throughout our stay despite asking for it to be fixed, which is a small annoyance when one cannot sleep at night. What an incredible place, team and culture!"

"Couldn’t recommend Astoria Playa more, we loved our stay and are very sad to be back home. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of choice, and our room was modern and comfortable.
One thing I would say, our deluxe pool view was quite underwhelming. It didn’t directly overlook the pool due to the walkway & garden & parasols and was always in the shade. But was still nice to relax on the Bali bed and could hear the DJ when the weather was nice. "
