“We arrived at the hotel very excited and were truly impressed by the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels. Sometimes everything is perfect, sometimes just average, and usually small inconveniences can be overlooked. However, in this case our stay in Room 3 was extremely difficult, and we left without having slept. The main issue was the noise level in the room. “My accommodations were comfortable. The restaurant provided a nice breakfast selection especially the cakes and fruit. In addition they provided delicious coffee choices and croissants. The dinner menu has many selections everything was fresh and delicious. The cannoli was outstanding. The staff was very helpful as I had difficulties with my travel they solved my problem kindly and professionally. The rest of the staff was pleasant and helpful particularly Marielena(sic) who with her warmth and……
