This is NOT a hotel but an unmanned hostel. My code to the front door did not work. I found a groundskeeper who was rude and told me it was my fault. (I know how keypads work!). Because I could not get my code to unlock the door I could not leave to go get dinner in fear of not being able to get back in. The next morning, the groundskeeper started doing work (sanding the floor?) right above my room at 8:30 am! At no time did anyone check in on me or respond to my issue about my code not working. The room was minimal. The breakfast was help yourself but all instructions in the kitchen were in Swedish even though they advertise Swedish and English. If they do not want to provide service, then list it on AirBnB as self checkin or close it completely during off season.

Rent, fräscht och mysigt! Tycker dock att det är vilseledande att det kallas hotell när det mer är ett vandrarhem. Hade rum intill trapphuset och det kom gäster sent på kvällen och dundrade i trappen och alla dörrar slås igen hårt. Likadant tidigt på morgonen. Det är väldigt lyhört och lampan i korridoren lös upp rummet genom springor trots att dörren var stängd. Det var inte vad vi hade väntat oss och det blev inte det avkopplande avslutet på vår malungsresa som vi föreställt oss. Men med det sagt så är det ett utmärkt boende om man är på snabb genomresa, det är smidigt och frukosten är bra! Det gälller dock att man är ordentligt påläst om boendet så man vet vad man har att förvänta sig. Tycker inte att det är tillräckligt tydligt på hotels.com.
