Great Complex Amenities, Steps to Town Shuttle This beautiful property features the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor plan available at Juniper Springs Lodge, located right at the base of the mountain at Eagle Lodge. Ski-in, ski-out access doesn't get much better than this and this property is no exception. This corner unit with an open layout offers views of the Eagle Express chair lift and surrounding mountains. The living room is light and bright, featuring a queen sized sleeper sofa with gel memory foam mattress, flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player, Wii console including 10+ games, cozy gas fireplace and dining area with seating for 6 and another 4 at the kitchen bar. You will find the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities of home and has been upgraded with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood flooring. The split floor plan has the master bedroom on one end, featuring a comfortable Queen bed with memory foam topper, ample closet space, TV with DVD player and attached bathroom. The second bedroom, on the other end, can sleep up to 4 people and features a bunk bed with a Twin on the top, Double on the bottom (with a memory foam mattress), and Twin trundle underneath. All bedding is even triple sheeted. Juniper Springs Lodge offers the finest amenities with heated garage parking for one vehicle (garage clearance is 7'9"), Tesla and other electric vehicle charging stations, year-round outdoor heated pool with 3 jacuzzis, fitness center, business center, game room, in-building ski rentals, morning cafe, private Winter shuttle and bus stop located in front of building. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. It was a very nice stay! I agree with prior reviews that it would be nice to have a door code to enter and exit. It’s a terrific location right next to the slopes. The unit itself is well equipped and spacious. Exactly as advertised. Three things to be aware of, first the unit is not actually rented through the Juniper Springs Hotel itself. Therefore, there was no housekeeping (not a big deal because we were only there for a weekend). Second - this means you need to pick up and drop off keys at a rental agency 1 mile away (not a big deal at all). Third, the equipment rental shop in the hotel was not functioning. The staff (from mammoth rentals, not from the hotel) just didn’t show up. I heard there were staffing shortages. It just meant we had to walk to eagle lodge to rent our equipment. Not a big deal, but just be aware that the staffing of the rental shop is flaky. The parking in the garage is tight in a large vehicle. The kitchen was nicely equipped and everything is as pictured in the unit and nicely furnished. The washer dryer is down the hall and is COIN operated. There are vending machines for coins but were all empty and the hotel staff were unable to help. This was inconvenient and not accurately listed in the unit's description. We went in the summer but there is a ski lift immediately adjacent to the property. I have been coming to this location/hotel for the past 10 years with family and friends. We choose this hotel area due to the fact that it is ski in and ski out which is the biggest benefit of this area. The hotel itself could use a refresh as it is getting old and nothing has really changed since the many years I have been coming there. Tried this listing out and I can not even begin to explain how nice the room was in comparison to the rest of the hotel. This is my first choice for whenever it is available and when I am back in town once again.
