great week in cala murada

What a great place to stay during our summer holiday! Beautiful house with terrace, roof terrace, garden with lemonplants and only five minutes walk to a small quit beach for great swimming. The house was impeccable, tidy and clean. Aircos are in livingroom and two sleepingrooms. On the ground floor is a studio with its own bathroom and a ventilator. Communication with Ines was great. She spoke Spanish with my son but she also speaks some German and even a little Dutch. Communication with Jordi by app and email also very professional and pleasant. I do hope we can come back some time. Ps dont rent a car with OK carrent in Palma, they are the worst!!

Super schönes Haus in Top Lage

Das Haus und Grundstück war super schön und mit Liebe gepflegt. Die Lage in Cala Murada war perfekt, 5-10 min zu Fuß zum Strand, die Busverbindung ist auch top, wenn man kein Auto hat. Die Kommunikation mit Jordi war sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend, wir durften sogar früher einchecken und später auschecken. Liebend gerne komme ich hier wieder! Es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

Schönes Haus und tolle Lage

Das Haus ist so wie beschrieben. Man fühlt sich beim reinkommen direkt wohl. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ins Grüne ist sehr schön. Alles ist da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Jordi war klasse und bei Fragen unsererseits gab es immer schnell Antworten. Wir hatten leider ein paar Probleme (die nichts mit dem Haus oder der Buchung zu tun hatten). Auch dabei wurde uns sofort Hilfe angeboten. Ja, der Hinweis mit den inbegriffenen Stromkosten sollte vielleicht schon vorher ersichtlich sein. Aber bei den aktuellen Preisen ist das völlig ok so, etwas zu sensibilisieren. Einziger kleiner Hinweis: Mückengitter anstatt an den Holzrolläden vielleicht eher in den Fensterrahmen anzubringen. Das ist deutlich dichter und würde die Mücken besser abhalten. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Objekt. Besonders gut hat uns der traumhafte Garten gefallen. Gerne hätten wir 4 1/2 Sterne in der Gesamtbewertung vergeben. Folgendes ist uns jedoch leider negativ aufgefallen: - Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit Bad ist ausschließlich (!) über den separaten Eingang begehbar. Es gibt keine Verbindung zu den anderen Räumen, sodass man um das Haus herum und durch einen Teil des Gartens gehen muss. - Erst nach vollständiger Entrichtung des Gesamtbetrages wird man darauf hingewiesen, dass zusätzliche Kosten für Strom anfallen können, da lediglich 50 kWh pro Woche im Preis inkludiert sind. Der darüber hinausgehende Verbrauch wird mit 0,30 € pro kWh berechnet. Der Zählerstand ist jedoch nicht selbst ablesbar und wurde bei Anreise auch nicht mitgeteilt.

Schönes Haus im Grünen

Schönes Haus mitten im Grünen. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar genau wie Restaurants und ein Supermarkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung

Der Kontakt vor der Reise war wirklich sehr gut. Vor der Anreise haben eine auch eine hilfreiche Anfahrtsbeschreibung erhalten. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen sehr ruhigen Ort. Eine Bucht ist in gemütlichen 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein gutes preiswertes Restaurant in 2 Gehminuten. Ein kleiner Spar ist daneben gelegen. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt an Ausstattung. Geschirr, Besteck, Schüsseln, Töpfe usw. Sogar eine gute Auswahl an Gewürzen und Öl, Essig. Also alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Waschmaschine und das Bügeleisen haben uns gute Dienste geleistet. Auch im Bad gab es alles für Notfälle. Auch genügend Toilettenpapier. Das Haus hat zwei Schlafzimmer im Haus und eines mit einem externen Zugang im Untergeschoss. Dieses Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage, dashalb muss man mit offener Tür schlafen. Da das Insektenschutzgitter nicht dicht ist, war wegen der Stechmücken und der Hitze an guten Schlaf nicht zu denken. Leider ein sehr großes Manko. Die anderen Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer haben Klimaanlagen. Am besten hat uns die Terrasse gefallen. Schön groß und gemütlich. Bis auf das eine Schlafzimmer hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden uns freuen wieder kommen zu dürfen. Wir empfehlen trotzdem eine Klima im dritten Schlafzimmer nachzurüsten.

Super holiday house

Spotlessly clean, very quiet neighborhood, Cala Murada beach is nice, and in walking distance from the house. 2 bedrooms in the first floor with a living room and a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, air conditions in every room, very comfortable beds, an additional little apartment in the ground flour with separate entrance. The house is well equipped, there is everything that you need ( also diaper for the kids, wet towel, dishwashing tablets, spices, extra mosquito repellent and some snacks for you gratis). You need to bring only your swimsuits;) There is a huge terrace. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. (Even nicer than in the pictures;) Jordi is very helpful. Reply to our emails within few minutes every time during the holiday, replacing the broken umbrellas immediately, order a chocolate cake for our daughter’s birthday in the local shop. So everything is super with this house. Recommend very much.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Objekt, die Abwicklungen haben wunderbar funktioniert. Einige kleine Einschränkungen gab es für uns mit der Küchenhygiene, das Geschirr war trotz Spülmaschine zu großen Teilen nicht sauber. In den Küchenschränken befinden sich viele angebrochene Lebensmittel, von denen man leider nicht weiß, wie alt sie sind...sicherlich ist das nicht nur in diesem Haus der Fall. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben mit 6 Personen in einem sehr schönen Haus verlebt, dass viel Annehmlichkeiten geboten hat. 3 Zimmer mit jeweils einem eigenen Bad, ein großes Wohnzimmer das wir wenig benötigt haben, weil das Leben auf der überdachten Terrasse stattgefunden hat. Große Küche, Spül- und Waschmaschine, ruhig gelegen, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem schönen Strand am Meer. Mehrere Lokale fußläufig zu erreichen. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Wat een geweldige plek!

Heel mooi vakantiehuis met een zeer aardige gastheer en gastvrouw. Reageerde snel op berichten en gaven verschillende tips. Echt genoten!! Wel belangrijk om een auto te huren zodat je de hele buurt kunt verkennen en verschillende baaien kunt bezoeken!

Sehr schöner Urlaub, in schöner Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt im voraus hat bereits bestens funktioniert, für uns wurde ein Kinderbett hergerichtet und auch die An- und Abreisezeiten konnten gemäß unseren Flügen angepasst werden. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Küche und Bäder wurden erst kürzlich renoviert. Die Terrasse bzw. der Balkon sind perfekt für ein Frühstück im freien bzw. um bis spät Abends draußen zu sitzen! Wir würden uns wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden!

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern für 2 Wochen hier in der Casa Ines. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und gut gepflegt. Es gibt eine Sonnenterrasse, einen sonnigen Südbalkon und viel Platz im Haus selbst und im großen Garten. Es sind nur knapp 400m Fussweg zum Strand. Der Bäcker ist 200m entfernt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Einfaches Haus mit schöner Terasse und liebevoll gepflegtem Garten auf großzügigem Grundstück , zumindest an Ostern, in ruhiger Lage. Kücheninventar und Bad etwas in die Tage gekommen, aber funktionell ausgestattet ( nichts für Perfektionisten). Freundliche Vermieterin. Die Bucht von Cala Murada wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben uns die zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un alloggio perfetto!

Ci siamo trovati splendidamente in questa casa, che corrisponde esattamente alle foto dell'annuncio; l'arredamento è ben curato e il livello di pulizia accettabile (un discorso a parte meritano le stoviglie: a causa dell'acqua con molto calcare, anche se pulite quando escono dalla lavastoviglie sembrano sempre sporche). Si trova in un contesto tranquillo e immerso nel verde, con una splendida terrazza molto spaziosa. La sistemazione è ottimale per 6 persone (avere 3 bagni per 3 camere è una comodità non da poco), tranne che per il piano cottura: effettivamente cucinare per sei persone avendo a disposizione soltanto 2 piastre elettriche non è sempre facile. Noi però abbiamo sfruttato molto il barbecue all'esterno! La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, pronta ad intervenire immediatamente in caso di qualsiasi problema. Cala Murada è un piccolo centro che offre i servizi principali, e a poca distanza c'è Cala D'Or che offre un po' più di vita modana. Ma si tratta del punto di partenza ideale per visitare le più belle spiagge dell'isola, come Es Trenc, Cala Varques, Cala Mondragò... ma anche Cala Domingos/Cala Tropicana, raggiungibili a piedi dalla casa, sono spiagge di sabbia bianca con acque cristalline veramente molto belle! Consigliatissimo!

casa ines nicht nur der Name ist gut auch das haus, wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an zu hause gefühlt, was fehlte brauchten wir nicht es war sehr ruhig, man lebte richtig zeitlos, schon weil keine Uhr im haus war, das nicht zur Kritik, sondern als Anregung und scherz wir sehen uns 2017 wieder versprochen

Die Finca hat uns gut gefallen und ist nett eingerichtet. Die Lage ist schön, Strand und der Ort sind gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Leider war es nicht sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir mussten Küche und Bad einer Grundreinigung unterziehen.

Casa Ines hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus haben wir sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Der schöne Garten ist auch sehr gepflegt. Besonders erwähnenswert finden wir die 2 großen Terrassen, wo man zwischendurch immer wieder gut entspannen kann Die Lage ist äußerst ruhig und zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Gehminuten. Das Haus entspricht auf jeden Fall dem Online-Inserat. Vielen Dank an unsere nette Vermieterin, wir kommen immer wieder gerne nach Cala Murada.

Casa Ines

Die Finca liegt in ruhiger Lage und relativ strandnah. Auch der nächste Supermarkt ist schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Man hat einen netten Blick ins Grüne. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich ok, allerdings erfordert der 2-Plattenherd Geschick (ein Backofen fehlt), da nicht zwei große Töpfe darauf Platz finden. Geschirr und Besteck waren relativ verfettet, was aber wohl eher an den Vorurlaubern lag. Die Bäder sind mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings im Vergleich zum landestypischen Standard in Ordnung. Die Besitzerin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer nicht allzu großen Wert auf modernes Ambiente legt und einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, liegt hier wohl richtig. Cala Murada ist ein beschaulicher Urlaubsort mit kleinem Kies-Sandstrand ohne große Tourismus-Highlights, was nicht unbediungt schlecht sein muss.
