Everything is fine but in the hot months no klima!only Ventilator on top of 2 rooms...

we enjoyed it... the landlords were very nice! and everything was clean! However, the nights were like in a hatchery! Recommendation not in the hottest months because there are only fans on the ceiling that you don't even notice if they are on or not! You definitely need a car... Shopping at Lidl about 20 minutes away in Felanitx! Otherwise everything was fine and we wish the family all the best. Greetings from Berlin! Karin Eddy Grandma Tina and Alex

Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden mit einigen Aspekten der Unterkunft, sehen aber auch deutliche Verbesserungspunkte.Positiv hervorzuheben sind der schöne Pool, die angenehme, ruhige Lage sowie die Terrasse, die sich gut zum Frühstücken eignet.Allerdings gab es auch einige Kritikpunkte: Wir wurden erst bei unserer späten Anreise (ca. 23 Uhr) darüber informiert, dass das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar ist. Diese Information hätten wir unbedingt im Vorfeld benötigt – idealerweise wäre zumindest eine Flasche Wasser bereitgestellt worden.Die Grundausstattung (Toilettenpapier, Müllbeutel,Öl, Gewürze) war für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt sehr knapp oder gar nicht bemessen. Auf entsprechende Nachfragen reagierte die Gastgeberin leider eher unfreundlich, was wir als unangenehm empfunden haben.Zudem war das Bett eher unbequem – insbesondere die Kissen waren sehr hart und hoch, sodass ein erholsamer Schlaf für uns schwierig war.Ebenfalls nicht ersichtlich war im Vorfeld, dass man Wand an Wand mit den Vermietern wohnt, was man zumindest transparent kommunizieren könnte.Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft in Ordnung, jedoch sehen wir vor allem beim Service und der Kommunikation noch deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war bestens organisiert und genauso wie beschrieben.Besonders gefallen hat uns die angenehme Atmosphäre sowie die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal um die Umgebung mit einem Mietwagen zu genießen.Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Accueil très chaleureux, gentillesse et discrétion des propriétaires. un adulte, un adolescent, un enfantA mon sens la literie est à revoir pour correspondre à l'annonce. mon fils n'a pas pu dormir dans le canapé qui , bien qu'il se déplie, ne peut pas être considéré comme un couchage. Le grand lit est satisfaisant mais mou. Il m'a manqué les produits de première nécessité en débarquant de l'avion. Sur demande, les propriétaires ont gentiment cédé de quoi nous faire un premier repas. dans les placards quelques epices, un peu de café mais pas d'huile, pas de tablettes de lave-vaisselle, pas de pâtes, riz... Au regard de ce que j'ai laissé en partant, je m'en suis étonnée.L'emplacement est chouette et calme, loin du tourisme de masse, le jardin est mignon, la piscine jolie. nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Die Wohnung versprüht den Charme der 60'er - 70'er Jahre. Die Einrichtung ist sehr dunkel gehalten. Der Propeller im Wohnzimmer hat leider keine Kühle gebracht. Angesichts der vielen Mücken konnte man draußen kaum sitzen und die Türen mußten geschlossen bleiben. Leider saß man auch bei Tage mit Licht in der Wohnung.

Accueil très chaleureux de Geraldine et Pierre, nos hôtes; merci pour votre présence au quotidien, et vos conseils; l’appartement est très sympa, fonctionnel; la piscine est agréable et très appréciable en fin de journée; l’endroit est reposant, loin des immeubles et de l’agitation touristique; c’est un endroit très reposant comme on aime. Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich abseits. Man muss bis ganz zum Ende des Orts fahren, dafür ist es dort sehr ruhig. Leider wurde bei unserem Aufenthalt eine Baustelle zwei Grundstücke weiter begonnen, da war es dann nicht mehr so ruhig. Die Inneneinrichtung der Fewo ist etwas zusammen gestückelt und zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt eine kleine Waschmaschine, aber keinen Backofen, keine Spülmaschine und keine Klimaanlage.Man wohnt sehr eng an den Vermietern, da die Fewo direkt ans Wohnhaus angebaut ist. Diese sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Der Pool ist schön groß und tief, müsste jedoch an einigen Stellen ausgebessert werden. Mir haben Liegen am Pool gefehlt, es gibt dort nur Monoblock-Stühle. Die kleine Terasse an der Fewo liegt die meiste Zeit im Schatten, was wir sehr angenehm fanden.

Sehr schöne Terrasse, rustikale Inneneinrichtung

Sehr nette Vermieter, die zwar nebenan wohnen, aber nicht aufdringlich waren. Der Garten ist phantastisch. Die Inneneinrichtung ist teilweise schon recht altbacken. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Cala Murada

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Haupthaus und ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt komplett ausgestattet. Géraldine und Pierre wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nette Ansprechpartner.
