I had a really nice stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything I needed. They made me feel comfortable throughout my visit, and their excellent service really stood out. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and never been disappointed. This time it was with a group of people and seven rooms. The staff are exceptional, breakfast excellent and the rooms, although very basic, are clean and comfortable. The hotel has a very good old culture charm and feel. When you add that the hotel's profits helps children's education it is a real win to stay here!

I have stayed at this hotel last year and on my vacation this year. I absolutely loved it. The staff are very attentive and helpful, the property is very well maintained and very clean. I definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful boutique hotel easy walking distance to all the local spots, friendly staff, delicious breakfast spread, and the added bonus-they give back part of their proceeds to support the local community. We plan to stay here again next time we come!

The hotel was very nice, the staff welcoming and courteous, and the location convenient. The breakfast was quite good and complete. The ambience was pleasant as was the decor in the patio area. The AC in the room was a plus as was hot water for the shower. This is a good choice for Granada. And it was nice to know that their profits are designated to help schools and other charities in poor communities in various countries.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good and so was the pool area. Location was just right, quiet and located walking distance to the main square.

One of the better properties that I’ve ever stayed at throughout my very extensive travels! The grounds felt like you were walking into paradise! The staff went above and beyond. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Attention to so much detail. Highly recommended. Stay here if you’re visiting Granada!

Nice hotel, decent location, slightly small room

This hotel was a bit larger and nicer than my expectations. The room, however, was a little bit smaller and did not have some basic things such as a desk or microwave or any other amenities that hotels usually have. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices for rides around the area were very expensive, especially to the airport, but overall, it is a nice hotel to stay in.

Lovely hotel - clean and comfortable.

This is a lovely hotel. There are hammocks for chilling. Good pool. The air con in the room works well. We were disappointed not to be told that there was a broken pipe in the hotel as of Jan 2025 which means no hot water. The rates should be reduced or a complimentary drink would be good to compensate for this, particularly as this was a reason for booking. The staff are helpful. Breakfast was omelette, bread and fruit. Water is available for dispensing at anytime. If they have hot water, and this is important to you, then this place is gold. If you don’t mind cold water shower in Jan 2025 then definitely book - it is clean, comfortable and good staff.

Absoluterly wonderful caring, knowledgable and helpful staff. Beautiful architecture and very well designed hotel and rooms and lots of light. Really amazing breakfast and on Christmas day they had some special touches. Highly recommend and easy walking distance to the town center.
