“Second time staying here. Little hiccup checking in. Just make sure to contact the day before. Love the place. It's really beautiful, clean, comfortable. The location is amazing. I like it better than beach front. More to watch on the bay. We saw dolphins every day. They have beach towels and chairs for those of us that fly. I left an umbrella for the next group. “Lovely, clean place to stay! The unit was completely redone recently. Kayaks were great to use on Lemon Bay. Beach 2 block walk away but Unit comes with beach cart, beach chairs & umbrella. Quiet neighborhood. Great kitchen and even a grill in the backyard. Check in was super easy and the 2 owners were quick to respond to my questions. Would stay here again ”

“We were attending a 60th family reunion. Many were staying down the beach near stump pass. We decided to check out off site bookings Everything was perfect. The gentleman even showed upbto jump one of our cars when we were checking out!”

“By far one of the best stays I have ever had when traveling. Everything Heather and Rod have put into their units is meticulous and truly beneficial. There is honestly nothing more I feel they could provide. They have plenty of cleaning supplies and kitchen items to use, even spare batteries. They literally told us to bring our clothes and that is all we needed aside from food. We are already planning our next trip and will be staying with them. ”

“We absolutely loved this location! Very clean and like the pictures. Loved sitting on the screened in porch and playing games. The host was very communicative even though we didn't have to use them because everything was perfect! Definitely will stay here again! ”

“My husband and I needed a quick getaway to relax, recharge and unwind. We love this area and love to hunt for shark teeth. UNO, the anfterm of the storm limited access to our favorite spots, but we were quite successful. Erin and Jim’s unit was the perfect spot. “This place was amazing! Us and a few other families rented out the entire property for the weeknd. Our house was modern and set up so perfectly. They have everything you might possibly need covered inside and out. More than enough dishes, cooking utensils, and storage containers. The bedrooms are set up nicely and the bathrooms have ample towels and are beautifully done. “They did not have an alarm clock, or any other clock in the room. I complained and asked for one to be delivered, but they never fulfilled that request. Also, when requesting an alarm clock, they said to just use a wake up call, and the wake up call did not come at the promised time. Those two actions together, is unacceptable for a property of this stature.”
